PROGRAMS
Whether you are new to CrossFit or just new to our gym, we have a program for YOU.
You’ll be participating in one-on-one training, focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a great workout too.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our fundamentals program is 4 one-on-one sessions with one of our qualified coaches.
During these sessions you will learn the foundational and most common movements that make sure our workouts.
We will go at your pace and give you your first introduction to these movements as well as scaling options which allow you to complete any workout.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
fUNDAMENTALS
PREREQUISITES
Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it's the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym, this is your starting point. All that we ask, if that you come ready to work!
TO PREGNANT/POSTPARTUM MOMS
Our coaching staff has been trained and certified to work with expecting and postpartum moms. Every exercise movement will be safe and catered towards an expecting mamas needs and concerns.
CROSSFIT CLASSES
You’ll be participating in group classes utilizing CrossFit methodologies outlined below.
Diet: lays the molecular foundations for fitness and health.
Metabolic Conditioning: builds capacity in each of three metabolic pathways, beginning with aerobic, then lactic acid, and then phosphocreatine pathways.
Gymnastics: establishes functional capacity for body control and range of motion.
Weightlifting and Throwing: develop the ability to control external objects and produce power.
Sport: applies fitness in a competitive atmosphere with more randomized movements and skill mastery.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics in order to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter. This is the reason this program gets acclaim from military personnel, professional athletes, soccer Moms, Dads and grandparents alike.
All of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure:
A certified coach will guide you through a general warm-up, then a specific warm-up and movement drilling geared towards the movements of the day. The coach will then continue to supervise and correct any movement during the workouts. Class will end with a brief cool down.
PREREQUISITES
Must have at least 3-months of CrossFit experience. Please reach out to us if you have more questions regarding our prerequisites.
TO PREGNANT/POSTPARTUM MOMS

We offer open gym hours throughout the week where you can come into the gym during non-class times and work on technique, do additional workouts or make-up a workout you missed.
Open gym hours are not staffed. Your entry into the gym is through the HybridAF app - please inquire about how to access the gym during non-class hours.
