Marina is a proud New Jersey native, beginning her Crossfit journey in Jersey City, NJ in 2018. Since moving to Texas in 2021, she’s bounced through a few boxes in the Austin area before finding her home at Crossfit Second Wave. Her favorite movements include anything gymnastics so that she can challenge herself to try things out of her comfort zone. Besides Crossfit, Marina enjoys cooking, baking, nerding out about Commercial Insurance and spending quality time with her husband, John, and orange tabby cat, Percy.
